Weekly classes led by a fully qualified Strongwoman coach, we cover all the main compound lifts (Squat, Bench & Deadlift) alongside a wide range of Strongwoman events.

Our Ethos
Every Strong Girl Club is run with the same core values. In class you learn:
How to bail, if a lift is starting to go wrong
How to fail, if you are stuck & can’t see a way out
How to help a friend & keep them safe if you’re training together.
This gives women the confidence they need to go out into the gym & train.
EVERY lift, no matter how “big” or “small” is treated the same. It is not what is on the bar, it is what it means to the person lifting it. We cheer them all, as a team.
